The Volcano Art Center is offering a spring camp from keiki.
The two-day Liko A‘e Spring Camp Program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on March 17 and 18 at VAC’s Niaulani Campus.
The camp is open to keiki ages 7-13. The deadline to register is Friday, March 10.
The camp will include hand-building with clay, hip-hop, drawing, Hawaiian rhythms and dance, and painting. Please call VAC for more information at (808) 967- 8222.
Camp participants will experience focused art instructions in 55-minute classes with 10-minute break and a 35 minute lunch break/recess.
Parents or chaperones are expected to provide daily sack lunches; refrigeration is provided. VAC will provide snacks.
Upon registration, medical forms including any known allergies and emergency contact information will be requested.
The Liko A’e Keiki Art Education Programs are supported in part by the State Foundation on Culture and The Arts and generous donations from members of the public.
